MEET KAREN CORGLIANO

Hard Work. Real Relationships. Real Estate With Heart.

Karen Corgliano didn't begin her career in real estate. She began it learning what it means to work hard, serve people well and earn their trust.

Today, those same values shape every client relationship she builds.

PASSION WITH ROOTS

A North Texas Story More Than Four Decades in the Making

Karen arrived in Texas straight out of high school after growing up in a military family that moved frequently, including time overseas in Denmark. North Texas eventually became home — and has remained home for more than 43 years.

Shortly after beginning college in Texas, Karen joined American Airlines. What followed was a 37-year career across roles including crew chief, coordinator and training. Of everything she accomplished during that time, Karen is proudest of the relationships she built as a leader, mentor and friend.

When she retired at 55, she knew she wasn't finished working with people. Her longtime friend, former American Airlines colleague and now broker, Jeff Brown, encouraged her to consider real estate.

Karen earned her real estate license in 2022, beginning a second career built on many of the same qualities that defined her first: communication, responsibility, hard work and taking care of people.

Since then, she has represented more than $11 million in real estate sales while building a business driven heavily by relationships, referrals and trust.

HERE TO SERVE YOU

Not Just Another Salesperson

Karen knows there are hundreds of Realtors competing for attention. She isn't interested in being the loudest one.

She would rather be the person who answers the phone, responds to the text, explains what's happening and stays beside her clients when a transaction becomes complicated.

She has helped prepare homes for showings, coordinated vendors, walked clients through contracts one page at a time, previewed properties for out-of-state buyers and even delivered paperwork by hand when technology wasn't the right solution.

For Karen, great service means meeting people where they are and doing what she can to help them move forward.

FAMILY-FIRST

Life Outside Real Estate

Karen and her husband have been married for more than 35 years and have a growing family that includes children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Their home is also shared with three rescue dogs: Loki, a German Shepherd who essentially chose their house for himself; Kevin, a German Shepherd–Husky mix; and Dez, their beloved older mixed-breed dog. Karen jokes that she and her husband are a little like Dr. Dolittle, somehow the animals always seem to find them.

Karen lives at Robson Ranch in Denton and enjoys everything an active North Texas lifestyle offers. When she isn't helping clients, you'll often find her golfing, playing pickleball, working out, spending time with family or getting together with friends.
